We know, each of us, that humans are social creatures. From the beginning of time, man has banded together in groups, often based only on sheer instinct, because of one overwhelming truth:
We are more powerful together than we are as individuals.
Whereas in our ancestry the word "powerful" referred to the brute strength necessary for a species to survive, it now carries a connotation that more accurately reflects our evolving world — in this sense, power is the intelligence and adaptability we need to thrive.
The logical next step in the course of our journey is harnessing that power — using our commonalities and our uniqueness as fully formed individuals to grow, evolve, and achieve greatness.
Communities can do that. The power of community — of great minds working feverishly — has solved some of the most daunting human challenges. We've cured diseases, built space stations, and mapped the human genome. And along the way, we created the biggest community, one spanning space and time: the Internet.
There's nothing that can't be accomplished when we put the power of our communities to work for us — when we enable people to share their stories and insights and provide a means for others to collaborate and work with them.
Our customers have done just that. They've implemented our solutions to leverage their people to benefit their own community and their shared interest — their businesses — to create differentiation from the one thing that is always, always unique: people.
We are more powerful together than we are as individuals.
